MaxiFit - the biggest sports center in Varna

GI Enterprise Ltd. is general contractor of the biggest sports center in Varna. The total area of 1700m2 built a fitness center, 5 multifunctional rooms for training, spa, changing rooms, massage rooms and a sports bar. The project includes:

Building walls and linings of plasterboard. Plastering and painting. Construction of ceiling Armstrong type.

Complete construction of HVAC installation in all rooms. Delivery of the equipment building steam roads and fixing air conditioning units. Construction of the ventilation system in all rooms.

Complete construction of power line network. Building a strong and low voltage networks. Laying cables for TV, video, Internet. Placing cables to power the machines, complete cabling and switches for lighting and installation of the luminaires themselves.

Construction of water network. Laying pipes from freezing. Construction of cells showers, sinks, toilets. Supply of water heaters to perform heating of water - connecting to the network. Delivery of the entire set of tiles to sinks, showers, toilets.

Flooring. Laying of faience in bathrooms, toilets and changing rooms. Before that - applying waterproofing two layers of a network for further strengthening and consolidating the base. Priming and laying of wall and floor tiles on floors and walls - over 550 m2 in total.

Fire alarm. Delivery and installation of more than 150 the number of sprinkler heads and soft links. Supply and installation of smoke detectors.

Plaster. Demolition of 500 m2 plaster and disposal of garbage. Placing the self-leveling screed in the same place with turbozol. Application of self-leveling mortar with turbozol in other rooms - over 660 m2.
